This one-of-a-kind tassel will bring a festive and joyful whimsy to your space. Made with cotton, and hand-painted wooden beads, I wanted to create a tassel design using some of my favorite colors. It reminds me of vintage, handmade Christmases and playful decorative details in Scandinavian designs from the past.
You can hang this tassel from a door knob, a blanket ladder, or even just hang it on the wall as decorative art. Any glass cabinet of curiosities is just calling for a tassel in my opinion.
There are so many possibilities for tassels in a modern room. I play around with looping tassels into my lamp shades, but you can also use them in curtain tie backs for a more traditional use. I've even used small tassels wrapped around my candles (when they aren't lit of course), and around lidded containers in the bathroom and kitchen.
