Average order lead time is 1-3 days to process and ship. Shipping time will vary on your location, and has been known to vary more substantially in the last few months. I conservatively estimate shipping time to be 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking number to better estimate your order's ship time once it is in transit. If you need an item sooner, please send me a message before placing your order and we can review your options together to find the right one for your situation.

Ud Form orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex. You'll be notified with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Trouble Deciding or Considering Custom
Some things are just difficult to buy online. Sometimes, you need to experience the colors/textures/smells in real life to decide if it's right for you. I've been there. Head over to the Contact Me page, and let's discuss. In most cases, I can send swatches in the mail, get you more photos of the product you are considering, or clarify details that may seem unclear.
Because of the made-to-order nature of this product, returns or exchanges are only allowed on items damaged in shipping. That being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there are any issues/questions/concerns, contact me and I'll see what we can do.
